SQL and Oracle database Integrate

There is an integration to be done between SQL and Oracle database. The is Time and Attendance Audit table in MS SQL which needs to be send real time to Oracle Database table.
The options available are as follows would like to know which would be a better one considering Accuracy, Performance, Recoverability, Reliability etc ...
Using Trigger on SQL table and transfer real time.
Have an Executable in, C# or Others which will be scheduled to transfer periodically say every 2,5 .... 10 minutes to oracle table.
Any other better option available

    Can you use SQL SERVER INTEGREATION SERVICES (SSIS) to integrate the both?

    You can create link server  and make job to transfer data to oracle server.

    Create link server or Cdoe SSIS package and schedule it for 5-10 mins interval
