MP3 Player that can be controlled with simple C++ code

Hi guys. Just for a recommendation. I am looking for an .exe program that can be downloaded freely from the internet that has good control interface so from C++  Console I can write and execute simple code like:

get play position
Play File from Position

.... and control the player like this....

Any ideas?
