copy(): Failed to OpenStream problem in PHP using godaddy

Am using php coding to copy the file to the particular folder.
Working properly in hostmonster  but in Godaddy says the error -
Warning: copy() failed to open stream: Permission denied
i go to change the php.ini max upload file size also. Any difference to copy the file from server to server.

Your host at GoDaddy may have settings that prevent you from copying files if the file path is a URL.  This has nothing to do with file uploads (although GoDaddy may have screwed those up, too).  Check the settings for "allow_url_fopen" and "safe_mode" to see if any of those are set.  You can use the script in the code snippet to learn a lot about what you're buying from GoDaddy vs HostMonster.
<?php phpinfo();

Open in new window
