Exchnage 2010 server LDAP connectivity

Hi All

We noticed since our Exchange 2010 server went live a few months ago, the LDAP connection to any of our three global catolg servers can sometimes be reported lost by process STORE.exe, but will automatically resume normal connection a few minutes later. Since this anomaly can affect response times / lost connection for our users - especially during the peak hours - this situation can therefore be very annoying.

Have anyone experienced this anomaly on a WIN 2008 server platform? If so, can you please inform me on your remedy - our server has been installed with SP1 and the relevant updates, as recommended by Microsoft, and the server can continue communicating to other devices on our network when this anomaly occurs.

Many Thanks

From another EE post for EX2007 but relative....

Consider increases diagnostic logging for MSExchange ADAccess:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\MSExchange ADAccess\Diagnostics:
Set the following data values to 7

Then check your event logs for errors relating to DSACCESS or ADAccess.

Though implementing the registry changes recommended have substantially reduced the frequency of DSACCESS errors generated on our Exchange 2010 server, this condition still occurs but not as often.

By configuring our other domain controllers to be Global Catalog servers, has ensured the LDAP link to our AD infrastructure is not lost for more than 2 minutes when this condition occurs.
