No i don't think there's another way. You have to deploy it via SCCM.<br />
maybe it's a good idea to check out why the FEP Client did not install at the 10 machines or?<br />

Can you post the query of one of the FEP Deployment State Collections? I want to have a look what exaclty the Collections are looking for.<br />
I just have no reference machine where FEP is installed.

I have 70 users and i install the FEP 2010 for this users from SCCM console and it,s worked for 60 but the other 10 users i waited for 1 month but fep 2010 client not installed so i installed the client manualy from users directory : C:/windws/system32/ccm/cac<wbr />he then i found the backage there and i installed and it,s working but the problem now how i can make fep 2010 connecting to SCCM console becuase it,s installed manualy.
