I have multiple windows 7 clients printing to a Bizhub 350 that consistently produce the following error. The printer is attached to a win 2008r2 print server.

The pdf has the same result with adobe reader 9, adobe reader x and adobe acrobat pro.
The same result happens when sent to all same model printers, but not to any other models.

Printing from xp works just fine.

do you have the postscript drivers installed?
have you tried the option in acrobat "print as image" in the print dialogue box?

Yes we are currently using the PS driver, and will be switching over to the PCL driver today in hopes that it will resolve the issue.

The "print as image" is a good work around, thank you for that.

Switching to a PCL driver for this printer model seems to have resolved the issue.

The solution is a workaround, it does not solve the actual issue with the PS driver.
