SCCM Asset Intelligence Reports Not Working

I have enabled Asset Intelligence in SCCM 2007 SP2. I am connected to the online service and my Asset Intelligence catalog is being updated once a week. My problem is this, when I run a report, for example Software 02E - Installed software on a specific computer, for some computers/servers, I get no results. For some other computers/servers I get results.

My confusion is this, I found a computer details report within SCCM that will show me all of the installed software for all of my servers and computers. But, I cannot see the information within Asset Intelligence.

Can someone please let me know how to get the Asset Intelligence reports working?

Thank you for your help.

I'm note 100% sure but as i know you have to enable the Inventory of the Asset Intelligence Classes in the sms_def.mof file located on each SCCM Site Server in <SCCM InstallDir>\inboxes\clifiles.src\hinv

Search within the File for the Keywords "/* This Asset Intelligence class"
and make sure the Reports Section above is set to true
SMS_Report     (TRUE)

After you saved the changes, check the Logfile under Logs\Dataldr.log

As i said i don't know it 100% so you may first try this in a test lab

Thank you for the reply. I did as you suggested and searched the sms_def.mof file for "/ This Asset Intelligence Class" and all of my SMS_Report showed True except for one. I changed it to True, but have seen no changes yet. Out of the 40 Servers/Pc's I am trying to use this for, 12 show details. I am at a loss for why some show details and some don't.

Have you imported some Licences?
Have you triggerd a Hardware Inventory on a Client after you've enable the Class?

Running the Hardware Inventory cycle fixed my issue of some Servers/PC's not showing in reports. Thank you again for your help, it was greatly appreciated.
