We have a Xerox printer that is shared via a print server on windows 2003 server. We have had 4 users printing to it fine for a while now. We added a new user in the group to print. Any time we install the drivers on this new user’s machine the 4 others can no longer print. Unless we do a reinstall of the drivers on all 4 of their machines. . Once that is done however the single user can no longer print to the printer. These laptops are all windows 7 with the same drivers . I am really at a stopping point now and looking &nbsp;to see if anyone else has seen this. I have looked this issue up on google they had stated to disable bidirectional printing on the print que this however did not help
