I need a few suggestions on a hardware firewall that will allow me to use at least 2 WAN connections and NAT a Public IP from each ISP to a single internal IP.

So:
108.204.232.1 -> 192.168.16.7, TCP Port 443
209.100.200.2 -> 192.168.16.7, TCP Port 443

That way, the server is accessible from either ISP on Port 443.  Internal load balancing / round-robin is a plus.  I know the Sonicwall can do all this, but that is not an option at this site.

I use 2820 in my office and I am very satisfied with the product.
