Set the ask to update external links option programatically

I am creating a installer for an excel addin and need to be able to turn the "ask to update automatick links" option to on as part of the install is this a registry setting?

    Where 11.0 is the Excel version.

    The value name is:


    It's a REG_DWORD and it's the 14th bit. Use this mask to set it: 0x00004000.
