Adobe Reader X (10.0.1) upgrade issues

I'm working on a Windows 7 machine, trying to upgrade Adobe Reader 9, but when I download adobe x from an administrative account I receive this error:

Error 1935. An error occurred during the installation of assembly component

{B708EB72-AA82-3EB7-8BB0-D845BA35C93D}. HRESULT: 0x80070BC9.

what should I do?

Uninstall all reader programs from the computer.
Run CCleaner: http://www.piriform.com/ccleaner
re-boot the computer
Download the newest version of reader and install it

If this is just a reader then would recommend uninstalling the old version first...and then install the new version..

Download your uninstaller trial

http://www.ursoftware.com/dlds/yusetup.exe

use super mode to uninstall the old version..it will go through three stages for removal .

Restart the computer and then install the new version adobe reader product.

It's still not working.. There are now no older reader versions but I receive the same error. When I tried to install windows installer, there wasn't enough storage available.
