Windows SBS 2011: can't change permissions

Access denied for me when I try to change permissions for a folder on Windows Small Business Server 2011. The owner of the folder is DOMAIN\Administrators group of which I'm a member (as I'm also that of the Domain Admins, Schema Admins, and Enterprise Admins groups). What else can I check?
Thank you.

Add Administrator if you can.
If you cannot, make your self owner of the folder.
-Security tab
-Advanced
-Owner
-Edit
- Mark Replace owner on subcontainers and objets
- Select Administrator or Administrators
- Apply

You problems should be solved
