SONY BRAVIA autoplay/loop play from usb on start

Hi.

I have kind of an odd question.
the problem is that I need to loop play avi file from usb stick on SONY BRAVIA 32ex401 TV.
I can play avi files from usb stick on tv with no problem, but the problem is that every time I have to go to file and press play which is not acceptable.
the question is: Is there any way of loop playing avi (or can be any video format) files from usb stick on SONY BRAVIA 32ex401 TV?
And another question is: How to set up tv to play video file from usb straight after turning tv on.

Thanks.

Once you have opened / started playing the file, press loop or replay on the remotes menue ( if available)

No, you have to go to the file and press play each time.

Hope this helps,

Looking at the manual (attached) it does not seem to offer "loop or replay" funtion.

You can play  "loop or replay"  via connecting an external DVD player with a USB jack to your TV (as I do the same on my TV that has no USB port )
If your DVD player has no USB or SD card ports then burn your AVI on a to a CDRW, then it can be played in  "loop or replay" mode.
Most if not all DVD players have "loop or replay" mode.

HI go to file option and you can see the option off or on for repeat click the button to "ON" then return to the mode  and restart the video which is working continually.
