Exchange 2010 SeSecurityPrivilege error on install?

I am installing my first Exchange server, using 2010.  At the end of any role I try to install, I get this error:

"The process does not possess the 'SeSecurityPrivilege' privilege which is required for this operation"

I have tried 2010SP1 with 2008R2 SP1, but that didn't work, so I started again with 2008R2 RTM and 2010 RTM - no change.  DCDiag reports 100% pass.  I've tried this:

http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-CA/exchangesvrgeneral/thread/43f684cb-984b-4db4-8f37-8b6bbaa9a0e0

Interetsingly, I do not have a Exchange enterprise Servers group, even after running setup /domainprep separately from role installation.

Any suggestions?

If your domainprep is run successfully, the Exchange enterprise Servers group should be present.
1. Did you wait for the replication to happen?
2. Do you have Forest with child domain?

Can you post the complete error
