Not able print web pages from IE9. Getting script error

I have a customer that updgraded to IE9 an ever since then he gets the error below when he tries to print a web page"

"an error has occurred in the script on this page" ieframe.dll/preview.js

He is running Windows 7 32 bit, IE9 and printing to an HP Laserjet 3550

Does anyone know how to solve this problem. Printing was fine in IE8. Thanks!!

Compatibility View in Windows 7 Internet Explorer. When turned on, all websites will be displayed as if you were using an earlier version of Internet Explorer.
