What is the best Microsoft Website workflow for .Net developers?

I tend to use Visual Studio 2010 for developing my websites and applications, but since my computer is aging a bit, working in the Visual Studio 2010 environment tends to get a little cumbersome.  Now the question that I have is, is it faster and better to work with Microsoft Expression first and then move everything over to Visual Studio 2010 to do the object oriented capabilities and development or is it better to just stay in VS 2010?

You can open solution in VS and in MS Expression simultaneously.
For Design use MS Expression and for Code VS.
They will work and refresh target solution automaticly.
