I downloaded the CDs for MS 2003, how can I merge them into one?

Windows_Svr_Std_2003_R2_32-BIT_X64_English_ISO_32bit_1_MLF_X13-73742.ISO

You dont, burn them each on thier own disc.....

If my question is unclear - I am trying to slipsteam them into a single unattended installation iso.

I have been using one but I am trying to start from scratch and build a clean one.
