Hi, can anyone please give some advise on the use Microsoft cluster as a load balance or load share kind of solution. Is this possible. What else can I do. I have a SQL web app used by approximately 20 000 users. require high availability and maximum output.

A cluster is high availability.  In your scenario you would have a two node cluster for back end, which is your SQL server, and the web application on two front end servers load balanced using Microsoft NLB.
