Backup Exec 2010 SBS 2008 DSRM not working

I am trying to restore System State in SBS 2008 and cant get the services to start even after changing the logon behavior to local system account. Any ideas of what I am doing wrong ???????????

    I have that link and it does not seem to work. What I am supposed to log in as when it asks me to for Backup exec???? I changed the logon types and restarted and no luck???
