Anyone know why office behaive like this? And any fix for it?

Which edition of Office 2010 did you install?
What is the type for other user accounts, Administrator or Limited User?
What difficulty do you face when you try to use Office 2010 applications on other user accounts from same computer ?
Try the following step:
Right-click on any Office 2010 application icon, select Run as Administrator and verify the result.

Another possible solution if you say that you had no problem on office 2007..
to save the xlsx as xlsm and run them over your network normally unless you have a specific future in 2010 and need to keep use it.

Good luck,
Wellous

Office 2010 Professional version.
domain users profile
It was not diffirent users from same computer, the problem is:
user 1 using power point 2010 file with computer 1
user 2 opens power point 2010 same file user 1 was editing in computer 2 and take over his/her work
user 1 getting power point shutting down suddenly when user 2 taking over his/her work.
Before office always ask: Current file is opened by user 1 do you want to open a read-only? But not anymore.

We want that back...

Ok then, Your case is a little bit weird ..
Would you try setting a password protection to the shared file and ask both users to open the file .. after giving them the pwd ?
