You need go into the properties of the OU.
1. Right click the OU
2. Select the security tab (if this is not visable you need to enable advanced features, click view on the toolbar)
3. click advanced
4. click add
5. select your group
6. on the apply to drop down menu make sure "This object and all descendant objects" is selected
7. Put a check in the box Full Controll on the Allow column
