Exchange Task missing from ADUC
Hello, I am hoping this is a simple one.
We are in the middle of an upgrade from Windows 2003 to Windows 2008, and we have 2 2008 R2 domain controllers and 2 2003 domain controllers. We are also mirating from Exchange 2003 to Exchange 2010.
When I used to create a user on the 2003 DCs I added the user gave it a name and a password and then created a mailbox (I can still do this from the Windows 2003 servers).
Now if I create a user on Windows 2008 R2 I do not get the create mailbox option. Also if I right click on the user account in ADUC the exchange tasks option is missing.
Has this been wrote out? Or do I need to run something to add these onto the 2008 R2 DC's?

In windows 2008 there isn't this option, neither for exchange 2007/2010 you have to create the mailboxes in exchange management console. I don't think there is an option to allow it for win 2008.
