we have a customer that has exchange 2007 and outlook 2010, they have permissions to edit other users calendars and have changed the colour of appointments to match the rest of the company but for some reason a few of the users colour changes are 'reverting' back to default.

any ideas on how to make the changes permanent??

By any chance the following KB applies here?

You cannot change a user's categories when you work as a delegate in Outlook 2007

She has owner permissions on all calendars so cant see this applying, also none of the users have cached exchange mode enabled so  not sure what the problem is
