created small website with vs2008. &nbsp;created new folder. &nbsp;copied existing aspx page from one folder into the new folder and renamed page. &nbsp;how can I get the namespace of the page to update as well? &nbsp;(btw, can't find the refactor menu either ... only rename available from the context menu).
