Outlook for Mac - Body of email sometimes missing.
Using Outlook for Mac a user is sometimes unable to view the body of the emails.
It can occur in two ways
1. Nothing displayed at all in the body.
2. Partly missing with signature displayed.
Viewing same emails in Outlook for Windows / Webmail and body is visible.
Thought it might be something to do with content but one example was a basic system generated email sent by our support system, which on one occasion was fine, the other blank despite being exactly the same message.

check your settings. maybe you have it set to not download the entire message?

It is an intermiitent issue, if it was settings it would affect every message ?
As I said in the explanation there are system generated messages sent by our support system that are normally fine but one one occassion were affected in the same way, ie displayed blank.

Well, it wouldn't necessarily affect every message if you had a size restriction. It would only affect those messages that were larger than that particular size.
I dont have outlook, i have entourage.
However, i have the option to partially receive messages over a certain size. If that is sent too low, that could cause that to happen to certain messages.
There should be an option to receive complete messages. Try making that change and see if that helps.
