Outlook Time Zones

Is it possible to automatically display the timezone in outlook 2007 when booking a meeting.

example:

Open a new meeting invite and isntead of having to click timezons on the menu bar. See attached image.
One of my users says she used it before but I don't seem to be able to find it.

So here's the issue we are seeing. As you can see our user is in Eastern Time and he sees the meetings as 1-4pm instead of 4-7 eastern time.  Unless the admins goes and select timezone and sets her to PST, it shows ok on the other end

This came again with a floating time zone.  Please resend in Pacific.  It shows up as 1-4 in whatever time zone you are in.
