Restart domain computers through GPO

I have a domain of all Windows 7 computers with a few Windows SBS 2008 servers.  I'm looking to do a weekly restart of all computers (not servers) at a certain time but only if they have been inactive for an hour.  How would I go about accomplishing this?

Not sure about that... I know you could setup a scheduled task to run at a certain time if you wanted.

Sorry last comment a little misleading will tell you how to set a task schedule up in GP is what the link will do.
I know this is already closed, but you need to might want to run some detections of running processes to check for things like winword.exe, excel etc, and abort the shutdown if it detects those. You really dont want an executive/managerial type person to call you wondering why the document that they worked on for 6 hours the previous day is gone......

Just my $.02
