NTFS /Share permissions

On a Windows 2008 server, you are configuring access to a network folder on your domain’s fileserver. The folder “A” has a subfolder “B” with information pertaining to a project that three users need read/write access to. They should not have access to the other subfolders of the “A” folder. How would you configure access for folders A and B?

I went to http://www.mcmcse.com/microsoft/guides/ntfs_and_share_permissions.shtml and this was a good start to clear the concepts,  but did not answer the questions

Thanks for your help
