Need HBA to connect Dell MD1000 to a Sun SPARC T3-1

I have a client trying to connect a Sun SPARC T3-1server to a Dell MD1000 SAN.

What I need to do is find an Oracle card which will work with the SAN - or a Dell card which will work with the server - to connect my SAS cable. It seems from some of my tech friends that having the communications link with two different vendor cards may not necessarily be supported by either Oracle or Dell (but if you have a different opinion, please let me know).

The client would like to use a PERC6E SAS RAID controller in the SPARCs PCIe-8x slot. And I would like to know if it is certified that it will work.
