Gateway 192.168.200.254 needs a route to 192.168.2.1.  What device is 200.254?

You need to give the router an IP address on the same subnet as the server and the router is your gateway.  Set the DSL device so it's using 192.168.200.254 instead of 192.168.2.1

The GATEWAY is the door to other networks.  If there's no device capable of routing on the IP address you specify, then, based on the subnet mask, you cannot reach another network.

The only other thing you could do - and I would NEVER advise this - is use a class B subnet mask on BOTH the router and the server (and all clients) - that is 255.255.0.0.  What that does is say that ANYTHING that starts with 192.168. is on the same network.  The server's current subnet mask states that to be on the same network, a device MUST have an IP starting with 192.168.200 and the DSL router says to be on it's network a device must have an IP starting with 192.168.2

You need to change the DSL config from 2.1 to 200.254. The only other alternative is install another NIC in the server
