I am looking for a tool that can help me to manage the training schedules of my students..is there any please...
i should be able to assign them to certain program, on certain field, on certain time.
some told me to use outlook calender..but i need your assistance.

what i need is to monitor my students work, so when I need to know the student x history training, i can go back and look at his full report...
something like GANTT chart it may help...

So . . . literally . . .save their work? As in assignments they turn in? Or grades? What is it that you want to be able to see? "History" is a little vague.
Set up a personal (not shared ) Facebook page for each of them . . .

- what data do you have for each student?
- what data do you collect over time for each student?
- what do you want to do with the data?
The above is much too vague. A Gantt chart is used in project management to plan tasks. How do you picture this for your needs?
Also, you seem to want a tool for reporting AND for planning. Is that right? This is way too complex for a single question. Have you searched for commercially available tools at all?
