Hello,

not quite sure what exactly you are after, what you already have in place, and what you need assistance with. Technology? Concepts? Formulas or macros? Please describe in more detail.

In the meantime, some links you might want to study:

If that's not what you are after, you may need to provide more information about what you want to achieve, what tools you want to use, and what level of expertise you have.

So . . . literally . . .save their work? As in assignments they turn in? Or grades? What is it that you want to be able to see? "History" is a little vague.

Set up a personal (not shared ) Facebook page for each of them . . .

Good luck,
Steve

You need to share more details:

- what data do you have for each student?
- what data do you collect over time for each student?
- what do you want to do with the data?

The above is much too vague. A Gantt chart is used in project management to plan tasks. How do you picture this for your needs?

Also, you seem to want a tool for reporting AND for planning. Is that right? This is way too complex for a single question. Have you searched for commercially available tools at all?

more detailed specs required.

I don't have a recommendation for a ready made tool. My googling is as good as yours....
This OneNote notebook seems to meet what you're after: http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/templates/results.aspx?qu=student+tracking&origin=CT010281918#ai:TC010095015|

I'd suggest searching the office website (http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/templates/?CTT=97) for the templates you're after.
