Dell Laptop: can not go to sleep
Hi,
1) I have a Dell Laptop (Dell latitude E 6400; Windows XP)
2) when we set laptop to sleep; it will not wake up without having to power it down
3) I search the solution in google that it will solve the problem if we "roll back" the driver for creative webcam (This driver was updated per windows update).
4) Note: Whereas this laptop does not have the webcam or any kind of camera
5) Any help?
6) Thank you
tjie
