Hi Guys,
I have a call center client outside the United States that currently uses two VONAGE routers or 4 phone lines to call into the U.S.. Because of the quantity of phone calls made and cost involved, SKYPE is not a good option for her and is now considering acquiring more VONAGE routers with an unlimited call plan. My understanding is that it is possible to get ONE unlimited VONAGE phone line and several limited phone lines and use a VOIP switch to connect all the limited phone lines to the unlimited phone line. This sort of setup seems to be the best option for her to make her necessary calls while minimizing her costs.
Can anyone verify that this arrangement will work and perhaps suggest a VOIP switch. If not, what sort of setup will allow 15 to 20 people to use VONAGE lines while minimizing costs.
