Sorry, My Bad. There's alot to be said about the advantages of proper focusing?
Followed your procedure and everything clean booted just fine. Now I have to wait until this problem raises its ugly head to confirm. Thanks for your patience.

If everything works fine in clean boot then enable five startup items and services at a time to find the faulty software.

Could you please explain the process of enabling the startup items? In some procedures, I am really a newbe. Thanks
Put a check on 5 startup and non microsoft services at a time..click ok and then restart the computer.
Check incredimail...if no issues then enable the next 5 ..restart.

I think the problem might be caused by security software or unwanted software at startup...try clean boot.
Clean boot process
Start-type - msconfig- click on startup tab- click disable all...then click services tab- put a check on hide all microsoft services ...and then click disable all....click ok and then restart the computer in normal mode.
