Creating a c# asp.net complex form.
I am trying to create a for that will have 3 goals for which the users will have a choice of adding each goal 3 objectives and each one will 4 follow up reasons(using RTE for collecting the data on the form) called follow ups,. I have designed the database but could get my head around what is the best way to do it..

Whats RTE??? Please be clear about that.. :)

RTE is the rich text editor that allows users to format teh text.

There is not much explanation of why the member suggests silverlight and how it works as i am not aware of silver light technology.

Hope the above list makes sense it is like a tree structure but i have to get the data from a form using RTE that will be created when hte user clicks on add a new objective or a goal.
