web server issue
having issue on web server whereby web services will not start...server is running fine and is healthy according to open manager

Not enough info. There are at least 40 different web servers running on 20 different operating systems. It would be hard for us to guess what you are talking about.

That's better. What services won't start? Details are important.

We had to reinstall IIS 6.0. After the reinstall we had 3 apps that were not functioning and our Programmer/Analyst found that, "It was caused by include files that had include files that did not have the “include virtual” updates".
