HPToneCtl.exe

Hello, I thouht I had this problem solved, but like Arnold; "IT IS BACK!" I found the following fix on the HP website, the problem is; it did not fix the problem. Does anyone have any suggestion for the fix;

download in C:/home installed iLividSetupV1

Ded9, thank you for responding. Prior to getting your response, I removed the HPToneCtl.exe. I might consider getting the latest version from HP. I can only work on this during the weekend, so please give me some time to do so, before I issue the points.
