Getting the ID from evt.getSource() for a ADFRichInputDate
My aim is to get the client id of a component.
The following two lines results in the popup shown in the attached files:
targetDateClientID = evt.getSource();
alert('targetDateClientID'
The file attached gives an idea of the type of component involved and the id value that I want.
What field or method do I need to call from evt.getSource() to get the client id it1:0:id3 as shown at the end of the string?
How do i extract the id from this type of source
