troubleshooting Question

Win 7 \ XP Clients DNS server shows router IP instead of SBS DNS server

Title says it all. I am unable to resolve the server FQDN from any of the clients unless I manually enter the dns server IP 10.0.0.2 but set to auto it goes to router ip of 10.0.0.3

Help please.
