Terminal Server windows 2008

I have windows 2008 servers installed.All are windows 2008 standards servers.

server1:AD1+DNS1+DHCP1
server2:AD2+DNS2+DHCP2(for domain controler failure)
server3:Exchange 2007
server4:Terminal server1

Now i plan to setup Terminal services .Please can some one gives me step guiede How can i install and configure for my Network structure?
And any tips what do i need to care about when i install terminal servers?
