Saving RTL character in DB

Hello there,

i am developing a website based on java technology and i need to save Persian words to the sqlserver 2005 db and retrieve them in table on my website. how can i achieve it.please help.

You probably need to use Persian_100_ collation

also about sqlserver

You'll probably have  to check the microsoft docs. Not much online about it. It could be that Farsi support isn't properly present until sql server 2008, in which case, you might have to force it
