Real time data warehouse approach

I am looking on recent research or thesis on best approaches or architectures in achieving real time data warehouse. A data warehouse which is able to elaborate recent data inserted in diverse operational data sources. The system relays recently updated data to the data warehouse. The study should preferably regard a change data capture (CDC) approach and best join algorithms in such scenario
