VB.NET Turn of Computer.

Hi all.How i can turn off a PC using VB.NET ??
for ex: the compuetr must be turned off at 11:45.
How i can make it?

To clarify:  are you trying to write a service that runs in the background which at 11:45 shuts down the computer?  Or are you trying to write an app that schedules a shutdown for 11:45?

sorry for my english.
the application must turn off the computer at 11:45,or 10:45,how i like it.
it must be open for all the time.
for ex.:
at 7:35 i open the application and set the time of turn off.
 at 7:45 i go out anf the computer must be turned off at 11:45.
