IBM SAN64B-2 Switch (2005-B64) firmware upgrade path and procudure

I am running FOS 5.3.0 and need to upgrde to FOS 6.3.0 on my IBM SAN64B-2 switch and need to know the supported upgrade path (which firmware is supported to upgrade to FOS 6.3.0) and how to upgrade and downgrade (if there is problems).

I was able to resolve through researching the ibm branded brocade switch on the support website www.brocade.com and stumbled onto the solution instead of deleting or just closing I though I would share what took me 3hrs to find.
