install sharepoint foundation 2010 error

Hi,

My OS: Windows 7 64 bit Home Premium.
RAM: 4GB.
I have Visual Studio 2010 Pro installed on my laptop already.

I just downloaded SharePointFoundation 2010 and installed it. However I got an error.
