install sharepoint foundation 2010 error

My OS: Windows 7 64 bit Home Premium.
RAM: 4GB.
I have Visual Studio 2010 Pro installed on my laptop already.

I just downloaded SharePointFoundation 2010 and installed it. However I got an error.
The log file is below.

The link on comment http:#35774601 is correct and will work.  It describes how to install SharePoint 2010 on Windows 7.  I've done it three times using that link with no problems.

I answered that in the last comment.  The link explicitly states that you can install it on Windows 7 if you follow the specific instructions.  I don't know how to describe it any clearer than that.
