I am looking for open-source or low cost software that will allow me to centralize patch management and push it out to machines. Not just windows, but other applications such as Adobe, Firefox, Chrome, and etc.

You can use the combination of WSUS and LUP(Local Updates Publisher)

WSUS for microsoft products
LUP for third party products
