Hello all

I have a problem when i want to open Microsoft outlook 2007 on my window XP SP3.

I have this error:
error report:
EventType : offdiag12
P1 : ce2206dc-448c-4931-9267-7e5d6ec9fd4ece8731ec-a520-4f12-9fd6-118c98ba376a

But there is no problem when i open word / excel.

What can it be?

I also have Kaspersky 2011.

It's only since last night that iT's doing this. I have also try to restore but same result.

Recreate the Local Profile on the PC. I believe its an issue with Outlook running in cached mode.

Hello all


When i do Click Start -> Run. In the Open box type: Outlook /safe, there's nothing.

Is that normal?

Where is: Tools-Trust Center-Add-ins. At the bottom in the Manage section, select Exchange Client Extensions. Click Go. It will then give you the Add-In Manager.


I dont understand that part: Recreate the Local Profile on the PC. I believe its an issue with Outlook running in cached mode.
