When i do Click Start -&gt; Run. In the Open box type: Outlook /safe, there's nothing.<br />

Is that normal?<br />

Where is: Tools-Trust Center-Add-ins. At the bottom in the Manage section, select Exchange Client Extensions. Click Go. It will then give you the Add-In Manager.<br />

I dont understand that part: Recreate the Local Profile on the PC. I believe its an issue with Outlook running in cached mode.

But there is no problem when i open word / excel.

What can it be?

I also have Kaspersky 2011.

It's only since last night that iT's doing this. I have also try to restore but same result.
