I am moving our companies mailboxes from a 2003 server to a 2010 server, it is taking ages and I am a little concerned that it wont be finished by Monday AM. Is there a way to speed it up at the minute only 2 mailboxes at a time are moved can I increase this?

I migrated 4 mailboxes from 2003 to 2007 recently and it took an age (couple of hours). I found no way of increasing the speed I'm afraid :-(

Same here, but I had done 15 mail boxes, took the better part of a day. I watched one go through, then just selected all, then hit go, and went home, checked on it remotely a couple of times, then came in the next day.

I am doing 200 its done 41 in 7 hours. The mailboxes queue in the move request section and then exchange moves 2 at a time. I was hoping I could increase that to 4 at a time or more if possible.

I would suggest you to Enable Cirrcullar Logging on the database and try to move the mailbox again

Moving mailboxes work in terms of transactions so it would generate same size of transaction logs what the mailboxes have size.
