Exchange server 2007 and mobile access

We have Exchange server 2007 running in our organisation and i would like to know if anyone knows any setup guides/walk throughs for setting up Exchange Server 2007 to allow mobile devices to access their emails via IMAP (on iphones or other PDAs).

Click Start, click Administrative Tools, and then click Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager.
Double-click to expand the server name, and then double-click to expand the Application Pools folder.
Right-click MSExchangeSyncAppPool, and then click Start to enable Exchange ActiveSync.
