Hi Guys
We have a couple of Exchange 2007 Hub Transport servers that we need to take down for several hours next weekend for maintenance.
Before we do that, our CIO has asked us to to the following:
1. Find a way for all queues on these Hubs to be emptied and to stop accepting new messages
2. Suspend the queues
For #2, we can just right click each Queue on the Hub, via the Management Console, and Suspend, but does anyone know if #1 is even possible? I guess #2 stops the Queue accepting new messages anyway, but what about messages that are already in it?
